I’m going on vacation!
Yes, from the flawless climes of winter Hawaii to the dreary winter of Virginia. To my beloved daughter and Dixie friends.
And get this: I’m not taking my computer with me! Any posts between now and my return are pre-scheduled. Don’t be offended if I don’t respond to you, because I can’t pry my daughter’s MacBook Air out of her greedy little hands long enough even to check my email. Nor would I actually want to. I want to find out what happens when I remove myself from the internet for ten days.
This is going to be an interesting experiment. I look forward to reporting on what it’s like for an internet junkie to go cold turkey!

It’s going to be a beautiful week in NC so I suspect VA will be eaqually early spring glorious. Slept with the windows open last night.
